Five leagues, from under 11 to senior
Every league is played as tournament weekends hosted in rotation by member clubs so a team gets two or three games per trip rather than one. That is what makes the travel worth it for families crossing the region.

01How the season works
Each league is played across tournament weekends hosted in rotation by member clubs. A typical weekend sees every team play two or three games, which keeps travel worthwhile for families coming from across the region. The season runs from late September to early July.
League positions are decided on points, with three for a win and one for a draw. Ties are split on head to head results, then goal difference, then goals scored. The under 11 festival league publishes fixtures and scores but no table because the emphasis at that age is game time, not standings.
Players may be registered to one club per season. Movement between clubs after the first weekend needs the consent of both clubs and the competitions secretary. The full playing regulations are in the documents library.
