What we hold and what we do not

The Northern Counties Rink Hockey Association keeps the personal information it holds to a minimum. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

We hold names, contact details and club affiliations for committee members, club secretaries and registered officials. If you write to us through the enquiry form we keep your name, your message and the details you choose to give us.

What we do not collect

This website sets no analytics cookies and uses no third party trackers. The enquiry form uses a simple spam check that runs entirely in your browser. The only item stored on your device is a note that remembers when you dismiss a notice bar.

How we use information

We use contact details to run competitions, to circulate governance papers and to answer enquiries. We never sell or share personal information for marketing.

Photography

Photographs at association events are taken and published in line with our safeguarding policy. Parents and carers can withdraw consent at any time through the contact form, choosing safeguarding as the subject.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Ask through the contact form and we will respond within one calendar month.
