- 01 League entry opens for the 2026/27 season Entry forms for all five age groups are now with club secretaries. Completed forms and fees are due back by 22nd August.
- 02 Under 13 title decided at Middlesbrough Eight teams contested the final tournament of the season with the title decided on the last game.
- 03 New referee courses announced for September Two grade three courses will run in Sheffield and Manchester. Places are free for members aged sixteen and over.

The Northern Counties is a hot bed for rink hockey. From Middlesbrough to Manchester you will not be far from a club if you are based up north.
Every club runs junior sessions and lends full kit to beginners so you can try the sport before buying anything. Middlesbrough makes the first three sessions free and Manchester welcomes skaters from five years upwards.
